GENERAL AUCTION INFORMATION AND RULES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  ITEMS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS.  NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Cash and Card only.  All cards are charged a 4% convenience fee.  NO CHECKS!

There is a 15% Buyers premium on all items unless otherwise noted.

Buyer responsible for loading and removal, unless other arrangements have been made for heavier items.  Please ask ahead of time.
Items must be picked up during allotted pick-up time or a storage fee will be instituted starting $10 per day depending on item.

We have the right to remove items from the auction at our discretion without notice. This rarely happens but can happen due to unforeseen circumstances.

 We also have a right to resell or dispose of any items that are not picked up during designated pickup time with no refund to customer, unless other arrangements have been made.

FIREARMS: You must be 21 years of age or older and NOT be a Felon to purchase firearms.  You must be 18 years of age and NOT be a Felon to purchase shotguns.  All firearms must be picked up at Iron and Wood Firearms and you must be able to pass the background check.  Background checks are $20 and paid to Iron and Wood at time of pickup.  If you do not pass the background check, your money is not refunded for firearm or background check. Items and payment are forfeited.

ONLINE AUCTIONS- Typically our online auctions will start on Thursday Morning and Close on Saturdays starting at 6 p.m.  Pickup will be Sunday, the day after the auction from Noon until 2 p.m only.  Any items not picked up during specified auction time will be subject to storage fees starting at $10 or more per day depending on item. All items MUST be paid for in FULL within 24 hours of auction closing time.  Pick up address is 3865 Peger Road.  Our phone number is 907-987-5303.


CONDITION IS NOT WARRANTED OR GUARANTEED. Defects may exist and repairs may be needed.   Parts may be missing; repairs may be required. Deficiencies when known have been listed in the item description. Absence of any indicated deficiencies does not mean that none exist. We describe the items to the best of our ability.  It is highly recommended that if pre-view is available that you preview items before you purchase as all sales are FINAL.  If no preview is being permitted, we highly recommend you call with questions, and we will answer to the best of our ability.
